Through working with the twelve astrological archetypes and the elements of Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Spirit; you increase your ability to understand yourself and communicate effectively with others.

Natural Rhythms welcomes people into the world of conscious dance, sacred dance and alchemical transformation regardless of race, gender, creed, caste, sexual orientation, or religious practice.

Through workshops, Life Coaching, products, homestudy courses, and Practical Priestess trainings, you increase your connection to nature, the sacred, and your ability to thrive.
